The Strategy Forum is central to the AQIP Pathway because it brings together teams from other AQIP Pathway institutions in a supportive workshop environment to generate new strategies and tactics for institutional improvement. The Forum also provides opportunities for institutional teams to give and receive constructive feedback on their quality systems as well as input on specific projects that may evolve into formal AQIP Action Projects.
