The Flares come out of nowhere and cause added pain and fatigue. For me knowing about and understanding the flares and what is happening during them is the most important thing that I wish others could know about. It is the biggest reason I must cancel plans and I must stay in bed and rest. I wish that others knew that I dont cancel plans on purpose.
